BLT & tomato soup

John finally sold his car!!! When he bought his new one he decided to try and sell his old one himself, the problem being it has special modification done so it needed a special buyer. Since he wasn't expected home until late I went ahead and made a childhood staple for dinner BLT sandwiches and tomato soup. I used organic bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo and I toasted whole wheat bread.

I bought this soup on my grocery shopping run after work. I thought it was yummy but John had other thoughts, he prefers more tomato basil soup rather then just plain old tomato. Can't please them all! :)

I am excited about tomorrow dinner we have tickets to attend A Taste of Arlington!
