Quick pasta after a long ride home

Sunday it was time to come home :( we packed up our stuff and headed out. One the way home we decided to stop in Burlington. VT for lunch and per my request Cabot and Ben & Jerry's.
At Cabot my favorite cheese was the tuscan flavor, of course I had to buy a block along with the special reserved cheddar cheese.

At Ben & Jerry's I had a very berry smoothie. Both were amazing and I had fun taste testing all the amazing cheese and ice cream flavors. When we finally arrived home John and I were exhausted so I threw together a quick pasta and sauce, which I forgot to take a picture of :(
