Fresh pasta

This weekend I am going home to visit my family so I decided to do my long run tomorrow morning before I leave, so tonight I carbo load. I made sauce which consisted of
  • crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • red pepper flakes
  • yellow onion, diced




I used fresh linguine noodles


and mixed them together


For sides we had olives from whole foods olive bar and 3 rolls whole wheat, white and cranberry.




I'm off to pack and then an early bed time! Night!
