Portsmouth, NH

Today we looked at our first possible wedding venues. We originally had 3 on the list to look at today but only 2 were available by appt. Both of which happen to be located near Portsmouth, NH. They were both really beautiful (even though it's hard to tell in the winter) and I would be lucky to get married at either place.

After looking at the venues we decided to walk around downtown Portsmouth. It was such a cute little town with great views.

We checked out a few cute stores along the way I even bought a few things.

Salad bag! I thought this would be great for when we start getting our CSA on Friday!

And these for dessert later, dark chocolate bars one that was bacon infused and the other with almonds.

For dinner we decided to eat at a place called Gas Light Grill, I ordered the BBQ chicken which came with black bean and corn salad and potato wedges. It was a ton of food so I ended up taking half of it home for lunch tomorrow.

And for John of course the steak

After dinner we headed home to relax on the couch and watch the movie Hugo.
