Goast cheese and sun-dried tomato ravioli

Tonight dinner was quick and easy, when I was at Trader Joe's this past weekend I saw these and said yes please and then placed them in the cart.

Each package contained 3 servings, perfect! One for John and I and another one for me for lunch the next day. I love eating warm lunches in the winter compared to summer where I could eat salads and sandwiches. So I always try and make a little extra dinner to take to lunch the next day.

I topped the ravioli with some jarred sauce and added a side salad and called it a meal.
