This afternoon I hopped in my car and drove myself out to Syracuse to meet Sarah to start our wine tour! I arrived about 7pm and her friends Anna and Andrea where there also to celebrate Sarah completion of her test. We all decided we were starving so decided to order in from a local Italian restaurant. Now I have heard about and seen pictures of these amazing garlic knots that this restaurant serves but have not experienced them myself until last night. They were amazing covered in butter and garlic sauce!
For dinner I ordered a meatball sub, it was good but nothing specular. The sub roll was good home made, but I wish it had more meatballs, sauce and cheese to fill it.
After dinner Sarah and I relaxed on the couch and watched reality TV (Sarah had a lot of catching up to do since she has banned tv during her studying time). After all we had to rest up for our big day of wine tasting tomorrow. :)
