Taste of Arlington

The town of Arlington was hosting a tasting event tonight you pay $35 for all you can eat and all proceeds go to a charity. A bunch of different restaurants from the Arlington area were there to provide a sampling of there food. The event was held in Arlington's town hall the room they had it in seemed to be a old theater turned hall.

The restaurants that particpated were:
  • Acitron Mexican Bistro
  • Blue Ribbion Bar-B-Q
  • Edible Arrangements
  • Flatbread Pizza
  • Flora
  • Fresh Pond Seafood
  • Gemma Ristorante
  • Lokota Bakery
  • Little Q Hot Pot
  • The Meat House
  • Not Your Average Joe's
  • Punjab
  • Sabzi
  • Tryst
  • Za
We started with a duck dumpling from Tryst and spicy soup from Little Q Hot Pot
beans, rice and shrimp from Acitron Mexican Bistro

    chicken from The Meat House

Chicken lettuce wrap from Not Your Average Joe's and a organic salad from Flatbread

Thanksgiving dinner from Blue Ribbon Bar-B-Q

chicken marsala and tomato mozzarella salad from Gemma Ristorante

    Persian food from Sabzi

    Indian food from Punjab

Last but not least dessert from Edible Arrangements and Lakota Bakery.
That flat round cookie on the bottom under the chocolate ball was the most amazing cookie I had ever eaten.

Walking around you felt a little rushed because there was a lot of people and not enough places enjoy your food, where ever you stood you felt you were in the way. However, the food was all really good of course John and I had our favorites.
