Beach & pizza

My sister only had one request while here she wanted to go to the beach. I haven't really been to a beach in MA yet so I did some research and decided on Crane beach, it had bathhouses and a snack bar for lunch. We got up at 9 and headed out, the drive up was not bad at all we were using the GPS and the closer we were getting the more skeptical I was getting. The surroundings looked like we were going hiking instead of the beach there was no sign of the beach what so ever, no seagulls beach smell sand....

When we arrived the beach was beautiful but it was a bit windy, we scoped out a spot and laid out our blanket. At first it wasn't so bad a little windy but nothing we couldn't handle. Then all of a sudden the wind started blowing harder and harder before we knew it and we were being pelleted with sand and it hurt! So we tried moving down the beach to where the sand was a little wet, we were hoping with the wetter sand it wouldn't hit us as much. Well we were wrong... so we packed up our stuff and headed out. :( It was a unsuccessful beach day. We got back home around 2:30 and decided to relax the rest of the day until dinner.

For dinner we decided on pizza from Stone Hearth, the barbecue chicken and cheeseburger pizza. We ordered the individual size and share both. They both were pretty good but I preferred the barbecue chicken one better.
