Ships, 14 Miles, Errand running

This weekend was not to much of an exciting one, To start the weekend off I had 14 miles on my agenda for Saturday morning. My wonderful fiance made sure I was prepared by purchasing me dinner.

A huge bowl of pasta about the size of my head.

The rest of the weekend was spent running errands a Cosco trip, grocery store, cleaning, ect. All those fun adult things we have to do because the fridge no longer magically becomes full like it did when we still lived at home.

The highlight of the weekend was visiting the tall ships. This is wooden naval ships float around and dock in different ports around the world. This week they are in Boston along with a few US Naval ships. John suggested we check them out, he was most excited about the air craft carrier, he was totally geeking out!

pardon  my finger in the corner I am still new at operating my iphone camera

Sunday night rolled around and John decided he would be in charge of dinner, totally in charge. This is what he came up with

Ribs, Annie's organic mac & cheese and cut up tomatoes and cucumbers. Everything was delicious, he did a great job. There was a little opps I heard in the kitchen when I asked him what happen he said we were out of milk. Sooo what did you put in the mac & cheese?!?!

Yup, he added a few of these guys, half and half little containers that he uses in his coffee in the mornings. Creative I have to give him that!
