Egg salad sandwhich

Since John was working late I decided to have a food for dinner that I can't eat when John is home eggs! He HATES them, I'm talking about can't even stand the smell when I cook them. I hard boiled the eggs and to them added a little mayo, a lot of spicy mustard and some paprika.

On the side I cut up some tomatoes and cucumbers.
