Pasta obbession

Today was actually a productive day, I was up and out the door by 8:30am! I am cat sitting this weekend for our friend so I had to swing by and feed Sam (the cat). Since Sam lives only a 5 minute walk from our apt I decided to turn it in to a short 2 mile run. I am not suppose to be out running long distances until I see a physical therapist for my knee problems but a short run should be ok! And I am sooo glad it was a short run it was already really muggy!
Once home I spent the rest of the day cleaning (yup a whole 5 hours cleaning everything)! I know that sounds crazy but once I started I couldn't stop I was on a mission. By the time dinner rolled around I was to tired to get motivated to go out and get anything and since I cleaned out the refrigerator and pantry in my cleaning frenzy I didn't really have to much left to cook. So pasta it was again but this time just plain linguine noodles and tomato sauce. Before I moved in with John I must admit I had quite the pasta obsession (well I still do) I love it! I am not sure why. I came from a family of meat and potato eaters so my mom only made pasta once in a while. John is also a more of a meat and potato guy too but he doesn't mind eating pasta once in a while but prefers a good steak. :)

Tonight's agenda includes the movie Just go with it with Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler, it's my last night to get in all the girly TV watching I can before John gets home tomorrow. :)
