4th of July Filipino style

For the 4th of July our friend Phil was kind enough to cook dinner for a bunch of friends over at his apartment. I thought to help I could bring a dessert, since it was a hot day I thought something light and fruity would be good. I am not sure the exact name of this dish but it is layers of angel food cake, berries and a mix of vanilla pudding and cool whip.

For starters he had this amazing roll ups with meat dipped in a sweet and spicy sauce. For dinner he had made a slew of entrees all of which were really really good! I am not sure the names of the dishes but if I had to choose one the beef stew would be my favorite.

After dinner of course the desserts were brought out! There were many different types to choose from, my dessert, a variety of different little cookies, cannoli, and cakes and a Filipino dessert that Phil had made.

Everything was amazing & delicious, Thank you Phil for having us over!
