Chicken and Olives (minus the olives)

While living with Sarah and Renate in Cleveland Circle the farthest we really traveled in Cambridge was Harvard square, It wasn't until I moved to Medford that I really appreciated Davis square and all the delight restaurants and stores it has to offer. I was telling Sarah about Dave's pasta, Foundry, Kickass cupcakes and of course Rudy's. So we decided to take a walking tour of Davis square to get us out of the house for a little bit after our TV marathon on Saturday. While out and about we decided that we would cook dinner at home, and have a small group over for sangria and apples to apples.  I had made this amazing chicken and olive dish previously and thought it would be a good thing to make for a group of people.

Cart, Timmy, Renate, Sarah, John and myself were so engrossed in our game of apples to apples that as I was waiting for dinner to finish up I completely forgot to add the olives to the dish! Everyone had just sit down to dinner and John asked "Michele I thought this was a chicken and olive dish." Opps!

If you like chicken and olives I highly recommend trying to make this dish (I will post it on my recipe page). It is soooo tasty the chicken cooks in the homemade tomato sauce which makes it fall off the bone good!
